  • What are our opening hours?
    During the winter season, from early December to the end of April, our store is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During the summer season, from early June to end of November, our store is open from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 AM to 12:00 AM and 14:00 to 06:30 PM.
  • What services do we offer?
    Our store is your one-stop destination for all your winter and summer sports needs. In the winter months, we offer both sales and rentals of a wide range of equipment for all types of winter sports. This includes skis, snowboards, ski boots, helmets, goggles, ice skates and all the essential outerwear and accessories you’ll need to enjoy the mountains to the fullest. To keep your gear in top condition, we also provide professional services such as ski and snowboard waxing, edging, and repairs. During the summer season, our offerings extend to accommodate your warm-weather activities. We provide sales, rentals, and repair services for bicycles, including e-bikes, ensuring you’re ready to explore the outdoors. Additionally, we offer tennis, running, hiking equipment, as well as a curated selection of lifestyle and fashion items to complement your active and casual pursuits. Whatever the season, our store is equipped to help you make the most of your adventures.
  • When can i pick up my rentals
    Rental equipment can be conveniently picked up the afternoon before your first ski day, starting from 3:00 PM. Or just the same day of your first ski day.
  • Is it possible to have my rented equipment delivered directly to my accommodation?
    We offer delivery and pick-up services exclusively for guests staying at our partner hotels.

  • How does it work when you deliver to my accommodation?
    If you are staying at one of our partner hotels, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery and pick-up services for your rental equipment. However, all guests are required to visit our store for a fitting, where we will assist you in trying on your boots to ensure the perfect fit. Additionally, we recommend a brief consultation to confirm that the ski or snowboard model selected matches your skill level and the snow conditions during your stay. Once the fitting is complete and payment has been processed in-store, you can relax knowing that we will deliver your rented equipment directly to your hotel and arrange for pick-up after your departure.
  • How can i pay for my reservation.
    All payments are to be made in-store at the time of fitting or rental equipment pickup. We accept both cash and all major credit cards.
  • Is my equipment covered by insurance?
    Insurance is automatically included in the rental price, at an additional cost of 10%. If you prefer not to opt for the insurance, please inform us when you pick up or rent your equipment.
  • Why am I unable to make a reservation for children's equipment?
    We carry a wide selection of children's equipment in stock. Given the rapid growth of kids, we prefer to assist you in selecting the right gear in person when you visit the shop.
  • Can i rent clothing, helmet, gloves and goggles?
    Yes, you can rent all equipment; however, please note that we do not offer rental clothing for children.
  • I am coming with a group of people how does reservation work?
    If you'd like to make a reservation, please visit our rental booking section and complete one form per person. Alternatively, feel free to visit our store, where we will be happy to assist you with your rentals on-site.
  • Can I exchange skis and boots if they don’t fit?
    Absolutely! You can exchange your skis and boots at any time.
  • Are ski poles included with the rental?
    Yes, ski poles are always included in the rental price.
